Sam teaches in a very admirable systematic way from a principle based framework which I found really illuminating ~ having an elementary background in the yoga sutras of patanjali, samkhya and ayurveda and having been taught these subjects from the same angle it was a very enjoyable learning experience. I am looking forward to going deeper and studying this course over time to integrate all of the information – the concept of realizing the true nature of the planets inside of ourselves especially resonates with me. I’m really happy for this opportunity to study and learn and would highly recommend this course as a great foundation unit.
