I’ve just seen your post and gone in to check the drop box. There is nothing new appearing there. Though, my understanding is you did not post to dropbox, rather sent a dropbox recording to the exam email. Next suggestion is to open a Support ticket explaining your process and asking if it was received. The Support toggle is in the dark blue ribbon across the top of the website. I hope it has been received successfully.
