Venus is Libra – Balloon Popping Fun (not so fast)
So, I said several weeks ago that there would be a conjunction of Venus, Mercury and Mars in Virgo — and it would last for a while. And so it is,.. Lasting for a while.
Venus is debilitated which shows a general discontent with things, a lack of devotion, and a general sort of “bitchiness”. Even if these things are not expressed externally, we are feeling them internally.
Venus is the energy in life that makes things enjoyable and pleasant, beautiful, et cetera. In many ways these are the simple pleasures in life, other people, sensual pleasures, natural beauty, et cetera. When Venus is in Virgo, like it is now, there are many details, reasons, excuses and problems that interrupt our capacity to enjoy the simple pleasures in life.
Virgo is a “tamasic” sign, one oriented toward fixing problems and protecting ourselves. In of itself this is not bad, but it has nothing to do with the part of life that Venus rules. Venus is exalted in the opposite sign, the sign of Pisces – the sign where we have no conditions for the world. Pisces is a sign where our individual nature most easily merges with the cosmic purpose. Pisces is the sign where we can feel the pulse of the infinite and magnificent universe. If a person has Venus in Pisces natally (in their birth chart) the thing that makes them happiest will be connecting to this mystical, abstract, universal energy. Of course, this makes for a person who is quite spiritual, creative, loving. Yet, they may have boundary issues or become disappointed easily in the world – preferring to escape into a nether land of fantasy.
But, that is not where we find ourselves right now, .. is it? No. Not many “Netherworlds and fantasies” these days – except what may be fantasizing about when we will feel more lighthearted and loving again. Venus is in protective Virgo — joined Mars, a planet of protection, and Mercury planet who is very good managing and organizing all of these details.
In fact, Mercury is exalted in Virgo. This is because Mercury is the part within us that is way too playful, not serious and somewhat distracted. When you get Mercury in the sign of the Virgo, his skilled nature becomes focused on important things. In fact, Mercury is the ruler of Virgo. This rulership of Mercury to Virgo shows how we must handle these problems, issues and laborious details in life – playfully and with skill, humor and flexibility.
We have another few days, then Venus will be much happier — in her own sign of Libra. Thursday, September 18 Venus will enter Libra – with balloons popping and aplomb.

So, Mercury is defeating Venus in a planetary war right now? Venus is my ruling planet, and also the rule of my 6th house of illness. Within this last week, teh root cause of some underlying illness symptoms got revealed, and I am now under medication for clearing a systemic yeast infection. Should be gone shortly after Venus changes signs!
i can relate to what u r saying but through all of this just where does cancer stand. is she always going to have to suffer for the mistakes mars and traurs have made of her life.
so many big words…it makes me sad that i am not so informed of word knowledge. but i believe in my conciese mind so if i just listen i will pick some things up. thank you for sharing your time and wisdoms with me.

I am curious if this Mercury/Venus connection and/or the Jupiter Retro-then-direct position has been causing this Market plunge in some way. Or whatever is causing it. I am not clear yet what sidereal Astrology attributes to various market behaviors. I remember Tropical Astro used to profess that Pluto and Uranus had enormous effect on the Market, but Sidereal doesn’t recognize those, so I presume Jup and Sat would have the most effect, but haven’t quite got the rationale down yet. And would one check it mostly in the USA chart or can enough be seen in transits?
Will it begin to turn around (upwards) again when Venus gets into Libra again???

Db Venus for sure.. w/Mars — always a destructive planet
So my question is this, with my Venus in Capricorn, and my Moon in Libra, will my relationship with my boyfriend start to get better?? For the last 2 weeks or so , it feels as though we are pulling apart. I hear less and less from him, he says it is because he is swamped at work. ( He owns his own business). His Venus is in Taurus, and his Moon is in Libra. I am hoping that things will get better, and that this isn;t going to be a permanet thing, to the point where we just drift apart from one another for good. I would love some insight into this, if you are able to give me some advice?

this type of thing requires a focused look at the two charts.
nothing meaningful can be said about a complex relationship just based on assessing general transits.
BUT – Venus over the Moon will generally show good things romantically.. but as I just said.. Mars is also there and he shows hard work..
just what I have described. Plus you are probably using the tropical (western astrology) zodiac.. in which case these things I am mentioning are hurting your relationship now and will probably abate soon.

I am cuirious to know whether this full moon in Pisces will bring some important changes for me.
