How has this manifested? I'm still in limbo with the divorce and the fact that "hubby" still won't move out of the house, at least not until he finds another place to live. Getting desperate to sell so I can pay off creditors. Looking for 800-pound-gorilla real estate investor who can make a good enough offer with a down payment that will give him enough money to move, AND who has a lower-end property that soon-to-be-ex can move into right away.
