Yikes! Sam, about 14 minutes into this video your conversation becomes garbled. Now I’m left wondering when Mercury goes direct and what that means. Thanks for attempting this though. Robin

Kinda funny how as soon as u began speaking about mercury retrograde then one symptom of such began to manifest (garbled-ness) LOL.
And thank you for that last 15min reading about my family too.. i was impressed how u were able to tell me about a 5 member family in 15 minutes.. i cannot wait til i can actually afford a full reading. LOL
i do want to ask a quick question. with mars retrograde, in ur experience, have u noticed that on might become unable to initiate tasks? i so often have been experiencing this — like this inability to do everyday chores and tasks arond the house.. i cant seem to get focused on them and get them rolling –and things are piling up for me to do all over the place which ends up making me feel more overwhelmed, hence even more confused and unmotivated — and it\\\’s not just unmotivation.. it like an inablility — this has been going on for me for months though.
in western astrology i have moon conjunct jupiter/rx in leo in the 6th house -and that is where the mars retrograde is according to that system. in vedic i have moon conjunct rx/jupiter in cancer in the 6th.. so mars is there too
so i see how daily tasks are related
can you say more –and perhaps let me know when this might pass.

Thank you for articulating buddha\’s strenths in this retrograde period and the window on the 14th! It allowed a space to recreate and clear old patterns regarding writing, speaking and media in general. Also would love to hear more about the oils

So nice to hear something positive about retrograde motion. I particularly liked your comment about the obsessive nature of this time, which always is difficult to stand back from and see from the 360 degree viewpoint. When feeling so obsessed to take action and start something new, it is very helpful to hear that this may not be the best time for that. Patience…breathing…feeling connected to the divine rather than acting out of fear.

Great video and tape. Interesting how you enveloped Mercury\’s placement into the current relationship with the Nodes and Solar eclipse and Mars.
You\’re absolutely right about tying up loose ends before moving on to something else, strengthening ones strengths. Personally, Mars debilitation has caused lots of muscle problems of late given the fact that I just started 2nd Saturn return in Virgo ASC in September. Also, just this week was diagnosed for the 3rd time in less than 3.5 yrs with B cancer that has now metastasis. So, as you say, concentrate on getting those loose ends taken care of these next 6 months before starting something new and dissipating ones energy further. I have also noted in last two weeks with Mercury retro, the passion of many in written form of stance enhanced by Rahu in SAG. Even me when responding on forum as moderator and through guidance. I found I have had to take a lot of time to explain in thorough detail grahas and bhavas against relationships, (Venus combust) and health matters. However, the insecurity of some is highlighted by what you have advised and that is emotional ruler Moon in Cancer with deb. Mars acting much like the undercurrents of Scorpio fear and not being able to resolve for some with continuous questions of how and why. Doesn\’t seem to get through. Murky water. Emotional insecurity. Like the earth being swept up from underneath them.

Thanks so much, Sam. I agree with many of the comments of others about your insights. And since I am writing after the Haiti earthquake, I can see the Saturn RX station in Virgo with Saturn\’s depositor in Capricorn where the eclipse will take place playing a major role in the Earthquake.
As an Ashlesla ascendant, I keep trying to pull myself out of the murky depths of fears with Mars in Cancer and Mars depositor in Scorpio, and always have an insight based on your interpretations.
It has not seemed to be an auspicious beginning with the Sun entering Capricorn today, January 14. With these events all taking place at the eclipse cycle, it may not unravel until the June eclipse cycle begins. But I am relieved this is the last eclipse on the Cancer-Capricorn axis for awhile.
Sam, I wanted to add to my previous comment about the very Saturnian influence of this eclipse and to ask if you think there will be a culmination of events occurring now with the Cancer-Capricorn Full Moon on January 20, with perhaps the major difference that the Full Moon is in Pushya (16CN14′) but still very close to Mars (15Cn36′) who has also moved to Pushya? Perhaps a more gentle harmony with the Sun also in Shravana ruled by the Moon?
Meant to say, “with the Cancer-Capricorn Full Moon on January 30″ (not 20th). This has been a garbled Mercury Rx for me!
