Jupiter and Saturn

Currently there is a Jupiter/Saturn trine in the sky. I wrote about this relationship of Jupiter and Saturn earlier in the year, and how it would play out at different points as the year progressed.

Both Jupiter and Saturn are planets of long-term destiny. Jupiter gives optimism and hope, Saturn gives determined effort towards our goals. Both of these things need to be working in harmony with each other if we are to have long-term success. Saturn gives us the determination and Jupiter gives us the hope to overcome those obstacles and also the uplifting and inspired vision.

Between now and early November Jupiter and Saturn will be in this trinal arrangement. Any and all endeavors that you can start or prepare for now will be blessed events.

If you have been working hard toward certain long-term goals this year, as I have been encouraging at different times, you may find this period to be especially fruitful. It may be the culmination of many smaller tasks that you had planned in advance.

It is interesting that our elections in the United States will take place during this Jupiter/Saturn trine. Obama definitely represents Jupiter and Saturn by McCain.

    Thanks for all your wonderfull insight s specially the jupiter trine saturn. But i have to ask you on how you understand the saturn opposition with Uranus. some veda astrologers who have stated that this uranus retrograde is occuring in a very dangerous part of aquarius the nakshatra belongs to a two faced man that burns things to ashes.
    Seeing how banks and companies lately are burned to ashes and others trying to put out the fires.
    What is your response to all this.

    Sure, there are always going to be ups and downs in the ephemeral world, but inspiration, love and hope are ours to be had, as well. Case in point, now we have some difficult transits to weather, but as you have pointed out, the trine between Saturn and Jupiter is a boon, especially as Jupiter is in its Mooltrikona sign now, and also note that in the Navamsa now, Jupiter is conjoined Saturn in Libra, Saturn’s place of exaltation. These positive forces will see us through the tough times. This is one small reflection of divine grace, isn’t it?
